| Solution |
If you are facing problem in
showing various type of character
(Corruption) in your Data then follow
these command to remove the same:
Click On System -> Facilities
-> Corruption Handler
Select File Name in File Name field.
(For example if you are facing problem
of corruption in Product
Names then select
Product File in File Name field)
Now select Check Empty and Check
Corruption option for
Product Field.
(For example if you want to check
corruption in product code then
select Code in Field
Dese and select Check Empty and
Check Corruption option.)
Click on Check Corruption button.
Now it will show a list of Corrupted
Data now click on Select All
button.
Click on Remove Corruption button.
Now it will ask Password.
To calculate Password follows these
commands: -
1. Take next Alphabet of Current
Month.
(If current month is November then
take “O” because O is
next
alphabet
After “N”.)
2. Now add Current Date, Month and
Year.
(If current date is 18/11/2006 then
18+11+2006=2035)
3. So Password will be O 2035.
Enter Password and click on OK Button.
Select System->System Maintenance->File
Repair.
Click on Select All button and then
click on OK button.
After this process check Data. |
