| Solution |
If you are facing problem with
your security then please follow
these
commands: -
For DOS/Windows Version:-
Insert your Security CD in your
computer’s Drive and run US
Program.
Now highlight your company and press
F11 key. F11 key will only work
for registered version, for unregistered
client first select the highlighted
company then gets the same registered.
Enter your CD Drive Letter in Enter
CD Drive Letter option.
And enter “Y” in Use
Security Disc option
Press Esc key and run the program
again.
If you want to run your
program without Security then follow
these
commands: -
Move the curser to your company
and press F11 key.
System will show “Enter CD
Drive Letter”, press enter
key.
System will show “Want to
change Security option”, type
“Y” and reload
the US program.
Select your company, press enter
key on the company showing client
registration form.
Now fill in the Customer information
leaving nothing.
Select “N” in “Use
Security Disk” option.
NOTE: -This option
only works for Single Company. |

SOLUTION: Define
user
PURPOSE: To define users as per
your requirement. For operators,
who
will operate the software and you
must give the rights to him/her
to operate
only those menus that you desire.
To create a user select
Dos: System->Master Data->
Users List
Windows: Administrator->User
Master
Name: User Name
Code: User Code
Password: Password That Is Allowed
To User Enters In Software
Address: User Address
Station: Station Name
Phone No.: User Phone Number
Designation: User Designation
Super User: Y/N If Y In That Case
User Has All Rights To Access Any
Menu. If “N” User Can
Access Only Necessary Menu Like
Sales, Purchase
& Some Report Menu.
Lock Date: After This Date User
Cannot Access The Software
Lock Days: User Only Access For
Given Day (It Will Be Check By Lock
Date)
Machine Id: Users Only Access The
Particular Computer
Hide Menu: Y/N If “Y”
Do Not Show The Hide Menu On Screen.
Dos Version: As Per Your Requirement
You Have To Lock The Menu
(Option) For Others (Not Super)
User By Press F10 Key And Unlock
The
Same (F10) Key.
Windows Version: Administrator->User
Rights: You Have To Define The
Rights To Particular User As Per
Your Requirement. |

Press F11 Key to
check drive letter in case security
on CD.
If drive letter option not showing
after pressing F11 key then
delete CDDRIVEL.DBF file from working
US folder (Like
C:\US)
Check 1.44 Drive & CD Drive
from My Computer, if
problem in the same, gives message
to the client to call
hardware vendor.
Format 1.44 MB security diskette.
If it is showing 0 Track
bad then ask to return the same.
If Client is working on Single Company,
Please specify “N”
in USE SECURITY OPTION in client
registration by passing
F11 Key on Company information in
US 6.2 or later versions. |
