Windows Version:-
Use can use System->Daily Backup
option, Please tick the option “Use
NTBACKUP” if you have XP Machine.
Bad Command or File Name while taking
Backup
If Backup process gives the message
“Bad Command or File Name”
then
please follow these steps to solve
the problem:
Run MS-Dos Program.
Type “PATH” and press
ENTER.
It will show Path setting of your
system.
(For Example if you have Window
98 Machine then it
will show C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\>
and in case of XP Machine it will
Show
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\>)
Copy PKZIP.EXE and PKUNZIP.EXE files
in Path of
System from US/CS Folder. |

If you want to take
backup on Various Drives then follow
these
commands: -
Select System -> Data Backup
-> Daily Backup option.
Select Company form company list
in Company name
field.
Select Drive Letter where you want
to store data backup
in Drive Letter field.
(For Example if you want to take
backup on Floppy then
please select “A” in
drive letter or if you want to take
backup on Local Drive then select
“C”,”D”
and other
local drive of your System or if
you want to take your
backup on CD Drive then select your
CD drive in Drive
letter.)
Click or Enter on OK option for
taking backup. |
