How the SWIL Beta Program works
Beta builds give you a standardized way to test upcoming features before they reach every customer. Pre-release versions may not be as stable as general availability, but they show exactly where the product needs polish.
Register, install the beta build on a safe environment, then report findings and suggestions. Your input feeds directly into the next release cycle.
Download or subscribe to the beta build
Install on a non-production environment or parallel branch. We recommend against running pre-release builds on live billing.
Report bugs and share suggestions

What is the SWIL Beta Software Program?
The program lets you try pre-release SWIL applications before general availability. Your feedback on usability and quality helps us find problems, fix them, and improve the products you rely on.
How do I become part of the beta program?
Register using the joining form on this page, install the beta build we provide, then share bug reports and feature suggestions through the feedback form or your beta support channel.
Who can participate?
Existing SWIL customers, partners, developers, and staff who can dedicate time to structured testing. Partners may enrol businesses on their behalf.
Is there a cost to join or download beta software?
No. Beta access is included for eligible customers on current editions. You continue your normal licence and AMC; pre-release builds are part of that relationship.
Can I run beta builds in production?
We recommend a copy of your data or a non-billing environment. Pre-release builds have not finished full QA. Talk to your account manager if you need a production safety plan.
What compensation do testers receive?
Participation is voluntary with no cash compensation. Some releases credit businesses whose feedback shapes the changelog, with permission.
Why is the beta program useful?
You gain early insight into features before commercial release and help improve customer experience by reporting errors and sharing ideas.
Is my email address secure?
Yes. Submissions follow our standard privacy practices and are used only for beta coordination and product follow-up.
Can I leave the beta program?
Yes. Contact sales@swindia.com or your account manager and we will move you back to the GA release on the next scheduled update window.
