SwilERP Desktop 5.0.00.11 — Stability fixes

A small fixes-only patch: corrects a false 'Entries Exist For Previous Party' prompt when editing by Entry No., fixes promotion reversal when multiple promotions are modified, and aligns logging when a separate Log Database is configured.

  • Editing a transaction by Entry No. + Enter no longer shows a false 'Entries Exist For Previous Party' message.
  • Promotions revert correctly when multiple promotions exist and values are changed several times.
  • Logs update correctly when a separate Log Database (LogDB) is configured.

SwilERP Desktop 5.0.00.10 — E-Way Bill, locking & order fulfilment

Adds ship-to GSTIN to the E-Way Bill and customer shipping master, an auto-transfer-to-hold-location option and a Review Location Transfer menu, smarter series- and stock-level locking, and many transaction fixes. Note: the API path for the iSales and iOrders apps has changed.

  • E-Way Bill JSON now includes ship-to GSTIN and trade name; new GSTIN field in Customer Shipping Address.
  • New options: Auto Transfer To Hold Location, and Sales → Order Fulfilment → Review Location Transfer.
  • E-Invoice and E-Way Bill menus merged provider-wise for easier navigation.
  • More reliable series-level and stock-level locking to prevent random stock errors.

  • The API path for the iSales and iOrders apps has been updated.

SwilPOS 2.0.02 — Order payments, cart promotions & fulfillment controls

A patch update for SwilPOS: pick COD or Credit when fulfilling an order, see promotions right in the cart, and have fulfillment and handover follow each user's role — plus billing and iOS build fixes.

  • Choose COD or Credit as the payment mode when fulfilling an order.
  • Active promotions now appear in the cart, with promo badges on product and cart cards.
  • Fulfillment, handover and status visibility now respect each user's role and rights.
  • Adjustment invoices skip zero-value rows and are sorted by date.
  • Fixed an iOS build issue on the latest Xcode toolchain.
